2023.06.09 03:58 -Flipper_ Am I the only ZT lover here?
| This is my standard EDC. 39M Denver CO. I’m an architectural photographer and I remodel houses (I wouldn’t say I “flip” them because that somehow feels insulting to the amount of care I put into my work). I’m surprised I don’t see more ZT knifes on this page. I’ve owned dozens of cheaper knives, this Zero Tolerance 450 is by far the most expensive EDC I’ve owned. I considered the Bugout because it’s all anyone can talk about, and the Sebenza (which I absolutely loved, but seemed less practical for my uses) before ultimately deciding on it. It’s light and sharp and not so expensive that I’d hate myself if I lost it or chipped the blade or something. Say what you will about “flip” style knives, but this one’s been rock solid and it’s oh so satisfying to open. 2023.06.09 03:09 danderson24 List of Current GCC Churches.
Even though
Great Commission Churches officially dissolved in 2020, many of their churches are still active with the same leadership, same problematic teaching, and same toxic culture. We have been able to gather a list of them and they will be labelled by splinter group. If we have forgot to add a church or need to update information about a church (whether they are still active or inactive or if they have changed their affiliation), please let us know ASAP. Also, PLEASE NOTE, we are sharing the names and websites of these churches to warn others, NOT to harass the church members already involved. We will NOT support any calls for violence or calls to harass anyone involved with these churches. Any such calls will be met with an immediate ban.

2023.06.09 01:32 TheCharlieTour How much did you pay for your 2023?
I few dealerships are trying to get me out the door for 37000. I have a co-worker who is friends with someone at my local dealership and they're trying to get me MSRP through the manager. Thats a hard maybe lol. Assuming "good luck" doesn't pan out, I'm trying to gauge your prices.
I'm seeing KARR System which I read just adds the sensor to the OEM system. Then 2 dealerships have the elusive "Propack" which has 0 definition and no it doesn't come with HPD package, Those combined are 4,000 addition

2023.06.08 23:01 gbcello_86 NC Engine Temp
| Drove my new-to-me 2010 home an hour and a half, and noticed that the engine bay was unusually warm when I got out of the car. I grabbed an infrared thermometer and got a reading of 237 at roughly where the red dot is in the image. Used google to learn that this is higher than it should be. Ambient temp is around 65. I know the cooling system is a weak point for the NC. The coolant overflow take appears to good condition, not yellowed or cracked. Am I just measuring the wrong spot? Should I take it to a mechanic before doing any more driving? I had a PPI done at a mazda dealership and assume that if the cooling system had a major issue they would have let me know. Thanks for you help. Looking forward to being a part of the Miata cool kids club 😎 submitted by gbcello_86 to Miata [link] [comments] |

2023.06.08 22:37 jtrtj Anyone know a body shop in Denver, CO area?
I just discovered I have a wicked collection of scratches and gashes on my driver side front bumper corner. I'm guessing it happened in a parking garage or while I was parallel parked somewhere. Who ever caused the damage did not leave a note. Wondering if anyone has had a good experience with any body shops in the Denver area?

2023.06.08 22:36 Throwitaway36r Weird cricket behavior?
Bluf; cricket was on its back and wiggling around, so I flipped it over and it immediately flipped back on its back?
In case this context matters I work at a restaurant, was taking out the trash (wearing gloves) and saw the cricket, being an animal lover I flipped the little guy back over, and he went right back to being on his back? Yes, I threw away my gloves immediately.
He looked like there was grey powder on his back? Maybe dust from the concrete? Or maybe it’s a species I’m not used to seeing? This is in Denver, CO, and I’ve only ever seen black crickets, so idk. I didn’t spend too long looking cause I needed to get back to work, just was wondering if this is normal behavior for crickets or if there’s something more I should have done for the little guy?

2023.06.08 22:09 da-mi-basia-mille 39 [F4M] Denver, CO Looking for a long term relationship
I know I'm younger than 40 but I'm hoping this post is alright since I'm looking for someone who is at least 40 or older.
I'm looking for a friendship with a man my own age or older that will grow into a romantic relationship. I’m turned off by being the older partner so I’m not flexible on my age range. The goal is eventually to live together and possibly get married so I am looking for single men local to Denver or willing to relocate. A kinky partner would be perfect (I have another post that goes into more details about this). I do not have children and I do not want them. I’m looking for someone who does not have/want children or has adult children. I'd love to read or knit next to them while they're reading or working on something. I'd like someone who wants to go try new restaurants with me, sometimes go out and see shows - anything from the The Clocktower Cabaret to the Denver Symphony, go to stay in the mountains and go to hot springs, etc.
I haven’t had the opportunity to travel much as an adult and it would be nice to find someone who would want to join me in exploring. I’d love to go to Japan, Europe, parts of Africa, parts of Asia - there’s really no place I do not want to go other than Antartica. I want to see all the museums but especially The Egyptian Museum in Cairo.
I’m a quiet and bookish introvert - somewhat shy but not that shy. I've been told that I have a beautiful smile and beautiful eyes. I am very soft spoken so I have trouble communicating in noisy restaurants. I read a lot of non-fiction on my own so I’m always looking for people to recommend guilty pleasure books. Tell me the last book you read or your favorite polysyllabic word so I know that you read this post. My natural habitat is indoors though I can be occasionally persuaded to go for a hike and I do enjoy long walks. I’m not the type to go climb a 14er or sleep in a tent. I don’t camp or ski but I do love walking around in nature or in little, mountain towns. I'm a somewhat picky eater (onions, cilantro, and mushrooms are of the devil) but I eat a wide variety of foods and I enjoy trying new foods. I would not be a good match for a vegan.I'm nerdy both in the sense that I enjoy nerdy popular culture things like Marvel, Star Trek, SG-1, and Doctor Who and in the sense that I will make jokes about Latin and history. I made the conscious decision not to learn Quenya or Sindarin so I could concentrate on school. I still sort of regret it. I never got much into video games but I will play boardgames on occasion. Someday, I need to learn to play DND.I have very strong opinions on things that don't matter at all (e.g - the proper way to eat Skittles is to group them by color, the double vent on mens' jackets is the only correct option).
On most nights, I can be found knitting while listening to a book, reading a physical book, or rewatching Ted Lasso, The Good Place, Futurama, Taskmaster, Mock The Week, 8 out of 10 Cats, etc while cuddling with my dog and two cats. I would love for someone to join me.
Dealbreakers:-
My ideal age range is 37 - 54, give or take a year but I do not like being the older partner so I am not flexible beyond that.
- Minor children. I’ll date a father if his children are adults but I am not looking to be a stepmother (or a mother).
- You’re outside of Denver and not willing/planning to move here.
- You’re married/partnered/poly.
- You're just looking for kinky chat.

2023.06.08 20:52 machoplantrandy Hot banana pepper plant, HELP
| My hot banana peppers are going from green to having these brown streaks on it. I’ve been waiting for them to turn yellow. I previously had one that reached the right size, never turned yellow just brown. I finally picked it because it was getting a soft spot and it wasn’t hot at all! It tasted kind of like celery. My other hot banana pepper plant is getting spots on the leaves and flowers are falling off, but it’s still growing peppers. The pictures are 2 different hot banana pepper plants. *these are growing on my balcony in Denver, CO. I grew from seed, started indoors with grow light, have been outside for 3 weeks now. submitted by machoplantrandy to HotPeppers [link] [comments] |
