My fiancé (26M) and I (23F) are/were planning to get married in July 2024. About a week ago, my brother, who is currently in medical school, informed me that he likely will not be able to make it to my wedding because of exams and rotations. Okay, no big deal. Except it kind of is because I'm close to my brother and want him to be included. My fiancé and I plan to elope in August with my family and a handful of close friends, then we have the big wedding in July 2024 as planned. That way, he can come to the small elopement in August. As a result, he can focus on medical school and not feel guilty about missing my wedding next July. He and his soon-to-be wife are 100% on board. My family is on board. Our close friends are on board. Who's not on board? My fiancé's parents.
My fiancé's mother threw a massive temper tantrum when she found out she and his father weren't invited. For context, his parents have a long history of abuse dating back to when my fiancé was about 4 years old (won't discuss here out of consideration for those who may have that trigger). I have never had the best relationship with his parents, mainly because they are extremely negative and bitter people, and it deteriorated after we graduated from college last spring. My fiancé moved in with me soon after we graduated. As a result, his mother called the police on me, and his father threatened and harassed me, my family, and my friends. They have overstepped my boundaries on countless occasions, including contacting my parents without my permission, trying to force their way into discussions they have no part in, and threatening to come to my home without my consent. I tried to explain to my FMIL that she needs to rebuild some bridges and start respecting people's boundaries. She responds by calling me a racist and cutting off funding for the wedding. As if she contributed anything.
TLDR: My fiancé's parents threw a tantrum because I didn't want to deal with their negative attitude and wanted to elope with just my family and friends present before the big wedding next July to accommodate my brother's medical school schedule.
To preface, I am a new real estate agent with 4 kids. With my time, I try to balance out my days (whereas my 4 year old tags along with me everywhere). My week days typically entail gym 4 days a week, one team meeting and sometimes networking with potential clients/lenders and open houses during the weekend. However some weeks are not all the same.
A couple weeks ago, I had gotten home after my husband and teens had already gotten home. My day that day was pretty sporadic. Gym 9-11 am. I got a call from the social security office regarding my name change application and they did suggest me to come in office and hinted that the office was slow. It was not, it was a 2 hr visit, with my toddler. After that- I still had a meeting with my colleague at the office.
I get home and after he greets us, he makes a comment. “The house is a mess.” I did not have time to pick up the house because I fit in a visit to the social security office into my already full day. So it did upset me. I just felt like the comment was unnecessary. My day was clearly full. And I probably didn’t respond in the best way, but it was the best I could do, I went silent.
Over the course of the next few days, barely a word out of me. Come Saturday, I get ready for my open house. No well wishes or anything out the door. So now he’s upset with me for being upset. I get back from my day, share with him that I got a buyer. I get a “that’s nice.” He then proceeds to let me know that I have package and that it’s probably a dress. I know he was trying to get a reaction out of me. Which I didn’t react.
Come Sunday, I already feel out of place in my own home. So I do stay to myself. I did not bother to help with chores or anything. Which I know I should have. He then comes in the room and makes a comment to my child “ mommy’s been on the phone all day”. This, got a reaction out of me. In which, this has carried on. He says my reason for being upset in the first place is nothing. I have read about gaslighting. And I’m not sure if I am being gaslit or not. But I do feel invalidated by my significant other. Not sure if I was too sensitive and how to recover from this, together.
I was extremely stressed for years in college until I graduated and sadly after graduation I became burned out because of the constant stress and anxiety and became depressed and started avoiding all my friends and literally was rarely getting outside home and that's when I went to a psychiatrist and started treatment and u have been put on different SSRIS/SNRIS and u was so happy cause in short term I started to feel so good and energetic but as time passed by I started to feel apathetic , tired and had extreme fatigue and ofcourse my psychiatrist changed doses and changed medications and that actually was very exhausting . Eventually I stated to getmore depressed and my self esteem became so low until I lost my passion completely and I have anhedonja and I literally don't feel like doing anything in my day
So basically, I’m 17m, turning 18 in August, and I drink, not that often, probably like once a month and every time I do I’m with my sisters who are both 21 and turning 22 this year, and most of the time, one of my childhood friends who’s 22, and some of their other friends who are 20+, I just wanna put this out here before I go on but they never pressured me into drinking, I was offered it but they said if I didn’t want to I didn’t have to, but yknow I still tried it cuz I was curious, but back to the point, they’re responsible when it comes to them drinking, we get drunk and all, but never like heavy blackout drunk, more like tipsy, they don’t drive under the influence, if they have to go home that night they don’t really drink like they would if they were spending the night, we also don’t do stupid stuff when we’re drunk, we all just chill at wherever we’re at (which is always someone’s house) and continue what we were doing before we were drunk, now my doctor knows I drink, cuz I gotta fill out a form when I go and one of the questions ask if we consumed alcohol recently, she said it was fine, just don’t overdo it, which I personally think I don’t, if I know I’m drunk, I’ll stop drinking for the rest of the night, just drinking water and soda for the rest of the night, sometimes I just won’t drink at all I have somewhere to go after, so I think I’m atleast decent self control, now I told my other childhood friend (16m) about me drinking once because he was curious about the taste, and he got mad at me, and said I shouldn’t drink at all till I’m 21, I didn’t get mad at him since I know he was just looking out for my well being, I told him my doctor said it was fine, just or to do overdo it, and he said still I shouldn’t drink, I just ended up changing the topic since I didn’t wanna continue on that topic, so is it really that bad, or is it just something every teen does.
How common are hallucinations? Visual and tactile? Still waiting for my results but in the past months I have become more and more convinced there’s bugs or worms in food and places. It’s getting pretty damn hard to deal with. I don’t always eat, my husband can’t handle this whole “is this a bug? No wait LOOK HARDER!” shit………. I don’t blame him. It’s intense. At first I thought it was my house and the lack of cleaning. Then when it started being more than just my home, I started freaking out and wondering. Then it was everything my husband brought. Then it was the store…. My city…. Now it’s planet Earth. I must have missed trippin’ out about bugs in the fricken brochure. Joy 🙄 Is this even a symptom or am I going literal actual nuts. I refuse to google that. I have googled if entire cities could be infested with bugs though 😂🤦🏻♀️ Started Seroquel XR about 2 weeks ago with mild success if that helps answer my question. Thanks guys!
I know this has been asked many times over in the past; I'd like to know what you've dived into.
In my case, I developed an interest in anything aerospace since I was 5. Which eventually became a headlong dive into it once I was in middle school. I'd see certain things and it's captivate my interest. Such as a phenomenon like wing condensation or other aerodynamic phenomenon's. Like transonic shockwaves forming over the wing of an airliner at cruising altitude. The more awe I'd see, the more I'd seek more of it. I was obsessed with the complex to the degree I'd cultivate a mind to imagine circumstances. The longer I thought, researched and witnessed, the more what I could picture in my mind was realistic. Getting better with time essentially. Problem was mechanically I wasn't naïve; socially speaking I was a complete fool.
This mental fixation was a kind of deviated attention. Because I was socially insecure as should be obvious. If I was socially assimilated, I'd probably have never have developed this type of mind. I'd loosely refer to it as a photographic memory. It was more so like a CGI within my head. Emotionally this served as a stimulating behavior, something I could do when I was feeling low. Because work life in America is rather harsh, I'd always search for jobs around it. They'd sort of balance out the social drama with something I appreciated. Problem was, this mental fixation and obsession only served to make me more peculiar. Which translates to being socially unacceptable. It was a detrimental feed back loop in a sense. One thing is for certain, aerospace is a very ego oriented environment and I'd had no ties or connections to it.
It's like my interest, which started young, became a blind aim in hopes of becoming something overtime. Mainly to break free of the rather problematic environment I was born into. Because of my social insecurity, which also translates to a lack of assertiveness and poor communication, I was always walked on. I survived it. 3 years after I gave up hope in aerospace which had me in a very deep pit of despair. It was then and only then I became social. I mean going from work to home with nothing between to suddenly being around many people. Getting a motorcycle and meshing in as well as I could. Eventually it led to a personal breakthrough, I had my first kiss at 27. Slowly as I became social and bridged gaps between reality and my insecurities. Those insecurity and conclusive self-beliefs I'd had in the past caused my emotions to be rather unstable. Which didn't work well with the competitive environment of aerospace. But once I disproved my thoughts that I couldn't be social, I realized why my past was so destructive.
It was like finally taking control of my soul in a sense, my emotions and self were no longer projected onto things, nor were my aims in life. Problem was people got use to my mask/façade, and once I realized it was all nonsense, I became unapologetically prideful and happy. Till that eventually led to the loss of my freshly found social life; people liked my shy naïve self more than the person I became when I didn't care what they thought. There's a lot more detail to that story, which my mind replays daily. The curse of it was, my emotional interests were in aerospace's complexity, once social I was able to numb it and immerse myself into a social group which essentially hypnotized me. Once that broke my emotional desire was in understanding psychology. Which, in the digital age is both complex but frighteningly simple. Because I realized I escaped with what I use to see as a curse but eventually became a blessing. My incessant desire to learn complex things then turned towards human social behavior and dynamics. Because it was quite interesting to think my prior pain and suffering was one of the many keys that allowed me to be social. Not to forget I became social in a town rather than a city; very different perceptually speaking.
If I had learned anything, be careful how you use the word Asperger's or ASD to describe yourself. Looking back I see it as nothing more than a parasite to my unconscious. I say unconscious because it started before I could develop a proper state of self-awareness; which could only happen the moment I became social. I was placed in special education classes from kindergarten to 11th grade which was a kind of involuntary social estrangement/arrested development. Which is why being social for the first time was like finally finding my missing piece. I suppose I knew this consciously to a degree but it placed me on the lower strata of school hierarchies, to which my mind grew the obsession with aerospace even further. Essentially exacerbating the issues I'd had, not treating it. Then to only have a word to ascribe all my mental confusions which very few had any insight into; least of all therapists. Aerospace acted like a personal shield given it pretty much became an externalization of myself. Once social it was like I was finally a character in a show, till I eventually became their villain.
The only thing that really united me to them that year was my hidden pain but also, my confusion. I adapted to hiding it while expressing honest happiness while social. They did the same but; they didn't have the 27 years of isolation to hide or pretend didn't exist. They had other things to hide which I discovered the moment social judgment and ridicule was seen through the lens of self-projection. Also why it was easier to call me the villain given I don't forgive so easily. Luckily over the years I'd cultivated a habit of writing and critical thinking. It dawned on me; emotions are a sign of corrupted psychological, well, logic. Like the emotion I felt when people prodded my interest in aviation of which I was doing everything to run from. An unintentional linguistic bullet became felt; revealing to me now my emotional fixation of aerospace was narcissistic in nature.

Over the course of 3 moviess so far, we’ve seen the consequences of what can happen when one of the world’s greatest hitmen comes out of retirement. John Wick, AKA Baba Yaga or The Boogeyman, is a man who is not to be trifled with under any circumstances, yet criminals can never seem to learn their lesson. This incredibly popular series began with John (Keanu Reeves) seeking revenge on the men that invaded his home, stole his car, and worst of all, killed his puppy, Daisy. From here, endless complications have prevented John from returning to retirement as he has traveled around the world and gone on the run. Now, in John Wick: Chapter 4 (2023), we’ll get to witness the titular hitman’s greatest challenge yet as he seeks revenge on the High Table. A council of highly respected (and feared) crime lords, they run the criminal underworld’s most powerful and notorious organizations; so needless to say, John has a punishing task ahead of him.
Chad Stahelski’s sequels impressively outdoes the critical success of its predecessors, with John Wick: Chapter 4’s positive reviews being the best of the franchise. The movie already holds a Certified Fresh 93% score from critics on Rotten Tomatoes, which is higher than the two sequels’ 89% scores and the original’s 89% rating. A vulgar pleasure of the “John Wick” series is that it aestheticizes violence without the usual blah-blah rationales and appeals to conscience. At once basic and off-the-charts nuts, each movie — the fourth opens this week — centers on a laconic assassin with a hazy back story and extraordinary skills. A virtuoso of death, Wick (Keanu Reeves) has his reasons, or so the series insists, but he kills because it is what he does. It’s his thing. “Deserves got nothing to do with it,” as Clint Eastwood says in “Unforgiven.”
Eastwood is in the DNA of the “Wick” series — and in the way Reeves deliberately draws out the word yeah — and so too are Jean-Pierre Melville, Jackie Chan, Buster Keaton, John Woo, Fred Astaire, “Point Blank,” the Three Stooges and “Get Carter.” That said, the overall story is stripped down to the point of minimalism, especially when compared to the average superhero bloat-a-thon. In the first Wick movie, the assassin resumes his bloody ways after gangsters kill his puppy — a gift from his dead wife — and steal his car. Before long, he has antagonized his former employers, a villainous syndicate called the High Table.
Despite its seemingly Hobbesian aspect, Wick World does have rules, and by the second movie, the character is declared “excommunicado,” a word that underscores the High Table’s profile as a shadowy, quasi-religious elite manifestation of absolute power. The conceit of an all-knowing, all-seeing group of underworld puppet-masters is primo movieland conspiracy-theory and very of the moment; it’s silly, nebulously political, and it gives viewers wide latitude to interpret the movie however they prefer — or they can just groove on the plush trappings, exotic locations, exploding heads and bodies in glorious motion.
Continue reading the main story The series’s director, Chad Stahelski, is a stunt veteran (he’s doubled for Reeves), so he understandably likes to show off bodies as they move — pivot, soar and fall — in space. He uses plenty of close-ups and medium shots, but he also likes to pull back for full-figure framing à la Astaire. This allows you to see and luxuriate in the performers’ physicality, in their grace and steely power, as well as to appreciate the geometry and precision of the fight choreography. This focus underscores the frailty and impermanence of these bodies, their humanness, especially Wick’s as this seemingly invincible man is repeatedly brutalized.
Written by Shay Hatten and Michael Finch, “John Wick: Chapter 4” pretty much plays out like the previous movies, though at a generally fast-moving 169 minutes it’s longer. Even so, it rarely drags because there’s relatively little dialogue and down time. For the most part, Wick chases or is chased by other assassins, shooting and stabbing, grappling and grunting in a series of visually distinct, meticulously staged and filmed set pieces. Every so often, he confers with old comrades, notably the sonorous, bassy trio of Ian McShane, Laurence Fishburne and Lance Reddick (who recently died), performers who add luster and history to the series with their singular faces, hard-boiled résumés and perfectly tuned arch deliveries.
There are new faces, among them cautious friendlies (Hiroyuki Sanada, Rina Sawayama), sympathetic combatants (Donnie Yen, Shamier Anderson) and another filthy-rich villain (Bill Skarsgard), a Euro-trashy baddie with bespoke glittery suits and a taste for torture and classical music. The series has expanded its New York-centric geographical coordinates, and while it jumps to the Middle East, Japan and Europe, it continues to stick close to its circumscribed template. So, the High Table’s tattooed minions in pencil skirts are back. There’s yet another dog and another elaborate sequence at a crowded dance club (the streets are empty by comparison) but, crucially, still no sign of the modern surveillance state.
The constraints of Wick World put it safely on the side of full-blown fantasy, giving the series the feel of a grim fairy tale. It might seem like a distorted mirror of our world, but what’s notable are all the ways it’s different from ours — not just in its depiction of power but also of violence, which, for all the arterial spray, is as untethered from reality as it is in zombie flicks. When Wick faces off against challengers at the Arc de Triomphe in “Chapter 4,” there are no gendarmes, no blaring sirens or screaming bystanders to interrupt the kinetic flow. There is simply and once again Reeves, the axis who centers this franchise with his grave sincerity, beatific glow and mesmerizing, rooted fighting style, with its heavy-footed solidity and surprising suppleness. No matter what happens, nothing ever feels as poignantly at stake here as Reeves’s own ravaged, beautiful, aging body.
Continue reading the main story There are offscreen stakes, of course, starting at the box office, but central to this series’ appeal is how it reminds you of the real world — through the years between sequels and Reeves’s gray hairs — even as it remains insistently apart from reality’s messiness, its confusions, existential terrors, corporate overlords and unspeakable ordinary brutality. Life for many in Wick World is, to borrow Hobbes’s formulation, “solitary, poor, nasty, brutish and short,” but it’s also sentimental and filled with friendships or at least alliances. It’s also reassuringly ordered, never more so than in its violence, which in Wick World is pure, eye-popping, body-shaking, transporting entertainment, something that (to borrow from another philosopher) has a good beat and you can dance to.
John Wick is back — for the fourth time — and heading toward a franchise record opening with “John Wick: Chapter 4,” the latest installment in the gun-slinging, knife-throwing action franchise. Lionsgate’s fourth entry opened with $8.9 million in previews at the domestic box office.
“John Wick: Chapter 4” is on track to surpass the third movie’s record-setting opening weekend with an expected bow between $65 million and $70 million. Impressively, each of the films has substantially increased its opening weekend release after release. The original “John Wick” opened with $14 million in 2014, followed by 2017’s “John Wick: Chapter 2” ($30.4 million) and 2019’s “John Wick: Chapter 3 – Parabellum” ($56.8 million). The Thursday preview hauls have similarly grown over the years; “John Wick” had $950,000 in domestic previews; “John Wick 2” had $2.2 million add “John Wick 3” had $5.9 million.
The fourth installment boasts the largest price tag, costing more than $100 million to produce, but it should finish with the highest total of the series. “John Wick 3” ended its run with $328.3 million globally, followed by “John Wick 2” with $174.3 million and the original with $86.1 million. As the only new major release this weekend, “John Wick 4” should have no trouble beating last week’s box office champ, “Shazam: Fury of the Gods.”
In the latest movie, Keanu Reeves’ master assassin returns to take down the evil High Table crime syndicate for good, and he must face the Marquis Vincent de Gramont, played by Bill Skarsgard, to win his freedom. Along the way, Wick also fights the blind swordsman Caine (Donnie Yen) and the mysterious tracker Mr. Nobody (Shamier Anderson), who shares Wick’s love for dogs. Rina Sawayama and Hiroyuki Sanada also join the “John Wick” universe alongside returning stars Ian McShane, Laurence Fishburne and Lance Reddick, who tragically died last week at the age of 60.
Director Chad Stahelski and Reeves paid tribute to Reddick ahead of the movie’s premiere.
“Lance is a people person, a special artist, a gentleman of grace and dignity,” Reeves said at the Los Angeles premiere. “It’s just really something special, every time he stepped on set, to watch the passion he had for his work. It’s really easy to work with him.”
“I had Lance in my life almost 10 years,” Stahelski said. “Although that was done over the course of four films, we’ve worked together on other things. I just got to be happy and be proud of the fact that I got to spend so much time with him. We’re going to miss him.”
John Wick 4 has done a lot of killing. Consider this: Everything we’ve seen across the now four films has been post-retirement John Wick 4! It’s scary to think about what went down during his “active” days. I’m remembering his violent past today because—spoiler! seriously, we keep warning you!!—one of our favorite killers has left us. The latest entry, John Wick 4: Chapter 4, has finally done the impossible. John Wick 4 is dead.
Killed in his fight with Caine (Donnie Yen) and Marquis Vincent de Gramont (Bill Skarsgård) at the end of John Wick 4: Chapter 4, Wick leaves knowing that all his vengeance has finally been achieved. Sure, they can always bring Johnny Wick back for another seven movies should Keanu Reeves and director Chad Stalheski decide to continue. (They’ll figure it out.) But, for now at least, Wick is gone. “We’re going to give John Wick 4 a rest,” Stahelski told The Hollywood Reporter. “Keanu and I will take the long trip to Tokyo, we’ll sit in the Imperial Hotel Scotch Bar and go, ‘What do you think?’ We’ll have a couple 20-year-old whiskies and write some ideas on napkins. If those ideas stick, maybe we’ll make a movie.”
Meanwhile, we’re now on the precipice of the John Wick 4 extended universe. Ballerina, a spinoff film featuring Ana de Armas, is already in production. (Reaves will also have a cameo in the film, likely placing the plot further in the past.) There’s also the rumored The Continental television series for Amazon Prime Video. And now, Chapter 4’s post-credits scene hints at another avenue. The clip ends with Rina Sawayama’s new character, Akira, seeking revenge against Donnie Yen’s Caine for murdering her father (Hiroyuki Sanada). “Her story is John Wick 4’s story, in a lot of ways,” co-writer Michael Finch said in an interview with Polygon. Sounds like we may as well get our hopes up.
No spoilers here, but you may want to hang around after the credits run for “John Wick: Chapter 4.”
That’s because there’s a post credit scene that will have plenty of people talking.
Keanu Reeves reprises his role in the famous franchise about a hitman who is forced out of retirement when all he really wants is peace, and at almost 2 hours and 49 minutes, this latest film is the longest yet.
Yet, after the credits roll, there is a scene which flows nicely with the themes the films have come to be known and loved for over the years.
Again, no spoilers, but it ties some things together.
Shay Hatten, one of the films co-writers, talked to Polygon about the new movie and said it’s not hard to see “why we empathize with John so much.”
“No matter how many people he kills, you recognize, well, he didn’t really have a choice,” Hatten said. “He fell into this life, and now he’s just trying to get out and honor the memory of his wife. But it’s a really challenging thing to do.”

John Wick: Chapter 4 is also expected to be the franchise’s biggest box office success yet, meaning it’s apt to enjoy a long exclusive theatrical window before releasing on streaming.

So do you guys think they'll have a more lore heavy attitude with pikmin 4 (im not saying like skyrim or fallout levels of lore laying around but more then previous games) or just kinda keep things vague? As much as i would love another pikmin game, even if 4 does amazing, we can MAybe hope for a 5 in 10 more years, but considering that, i would like to know alot more and could stand to see a little more worldbuilding. Praise be to the pikmin and may the gods bless us all with good gameplay, good reviews and amazing sales.
So there's a few what I would assume to be reputable sellers (high ratings, thousands of sales, tech based sellers) that have the s23 with 8/10 or 9/10 condition for a lot cheaper than buying brand new off Samsung. I've bought a few phones off ebay but never just released. Is there a big risk of somehow someone reporting the phone as stolen and ruining IEMI??
Here’s the thing.
Initially, I was pushing for a Rhea/Charlotte main event on night one. Admittedly, there were politics that went into me wanting to see that be the main event. I never denied that Sami/KO v Usos is the better story, nor did I praise the women’s storyline, but I didn’t want to see the women get robbed of their main event spot for two years straight.
But after seeing the overwhelming ratio in favor of the tag match, my opinion has swayed. Putting the women on before the tag match would probably put them in the best position to get cheered, whereas having them in the main event runs the risk of the crowd either 1. Turning on them, or 2. Leaving early. Neither woman deserves to be booed at WrestleMania of all places, so sending them out there earlier is likely the best course of action. Putting the tag match in the main event also lends itself to history. I suppose they could advertise things as a co main event to try and appease the women in some way, but the tag match should still go on last.
But this is the problem…
Saying things like “The best story should main event WrestleMania…” implies that booking is always equal. That every storyline is just as compelling and that it’s ultimately the talents’ jobs to get the fans to buy into their storyline, thus earning the main event spot. But when you look at WWE, it’s been “The Bloodline Show” for years now. This only increased with the Bloodline winning all the top gold last year. It’s casted such a shadow over the rest of the product that they literally had to cut time from the women on Raw XXX to give their segment more time. This is a problem.
When you look at the two women’s title programs, neither of the builds have been very good. All four women are exceptional talent and any combination of these women would/should be a blast to watch. They all should be main event material, but their stories just aren’t reflecting their potential. This is a problem with the booking, NOT the talent.
Most of WWE’s creativity is clearly going towards the Bloodline. And sure, it’s a great story, but the product feels very disproportionate. So I do think the tag match should be the main event, but the neglect of other divisions needs to stop after WrestleMania. Coming out of this, WWE needs to focus on making all top titles relatively even, so that any of the four titles could realistically be in the main event of any given PLE.
I feel bad for the women, but hopefully better days are to come.
I am in a Sales role for a very competitive company for abt 6-7 months now. Previously was in another sales role of the same company but of a different product.
I feel like under a lot of pressure in this new role given I am somewhere mid to senior and aiming for a promotion (abt 15 yes industry experience). I feel like constantly being challenged by the younger associates and not fully understand the product to the same degree as the old role despite trying hard. It is starting to impact my mental health.
What shall I do now with young family? The industry is shrinking but the compensation is still there though diminishing a lot.
I (23f) and fiancée (26m) live with my grandma (71f) who needs care, i drive her where she needs and help with paperwork. she is not incompetent she just handicap's herself so she can get me to wait on her hand and foot like my pop and her S/O did. when i refuse to do something flat out for her she try's to use the excuse that she cant see out of her eye ( she was able to pass an eye test with only 4 missed letters)
At this point we had been talking about putting a place down on her property and knocking down the current house since it is falling apart (literally) from termites and how poorly built the house was, we would also have more room to take care of her and space for when me and my fiancée start a family instead of us moving away.
She has a brother (50m) who is a leech and believes big sis will keep him afloat when he refuses to find a job cause he "will not pay taxes to the government." he used to "help" my grandma by cleaning up the house 3 times a week for $100 every day until he faked being sick then i started doing it and have been for the last 3 years (payment is just living with her) but since then he consistently is causing problems between me and my grandma, and she believes him and will talk shit about me to him.
We recently had a problem late at night when me and my fiancée where out and someone was banning on the door it scared her so bad she didn't wanna open the door after that i told her if it made her feel better we could get a ring doorbell so we can see whos at the door, she agreed and said it would make her feel better knowing who was their when where not home so we got it. ever since we installed it and had caught her on the ring bad mouthing me she tells everyone that it was bought just so we can listen in on her.
I have just deep cleaned the whole house thrown old broken stuff away and the only thing she has to do is go through all the paperwork she has kept since 2010 which isn't a lot since i got rid of anything unimportant (newspaper, advertisement's, old payments ext.) i was gonna sort everything in the file cabinet i had gotten her. she refuses even tho she keeps promising she will to get me to shut up and keep cleaning, the paperwork was everywhere to the point there was no counter space or table space. she has also been taken to pour her urine bottle down the bathtub (she is of sound mind she just doesn't wanna walk to the bathroom which is 12 steps away) which makes the tub smell so bad of piss no matter how much i clean it.
This past year we lost someone who was a father figure to me and was my grandma's S/O, he left his things to me over her which had made her very passive aggressive towards us describing how she "deserved her cut". after awhile my mom started to tell people i had more money then her (i dont) and she was gonna sue me for it.
so would i be wrong to leave her behind?
